35 minutes treadmill, running at 5.2 for 1.5 miles and walking up an incline (10) for .5 mile

Lower body lifting
Hip abductors (inner and outer)
Lunges with 10 lbs weights
Leg curls
And one more machine I have no idea what it is called lol

Still not up for the gym. My shoulder hurt like heck all today but it is starting to get better. Hopefully tomorrow. The funny thing is, since I have stopped going to the gym I have lost 2 lbs. LOL

I did weights for 1/2 hour upper body and 30 min on the elliptical I burned 829 cals. I got a new heart rate monitor for my birthday so now I know how many cals I burn. My goal is 3250 cals a week.
