Tuesday-60 minutes yoga, 10 minutes intense abs, 32 minutes stationary bike
Wednesday-20 minutes pilates, 10 minutes strength training,32 minutes stationary bike
Thursday-32 minutes stationary bike, 10 minutes intense abs
Friday-20 minutes pilates, 10 minutes strength training, 41 minutes walk outside
Saturday- 60 minutes walk outside, 10 minutes shoveling snow

I have been having a hard time lately. I have bicep tendonitis and it has been acting up. I haven't slept to well for 3 weeks now, waking up with an intense aching pain early in the morning every morning. My Doctor is sending me to another specialist and prescribed ambien. The first two nights the ambien worked until early morning and then I kept waking up. The third night I took it, it didn't work at all. I had to take another an hour later and I still started waking up at 4am. I did get to sleep until 9am though which helped even though I was waking up every half an hour.

I am a baby when it comes to my sleep. I need my 8 hours. It is very important to my emotional well being. My boss told me that she thinks I am going to drop over dead or have a total melt down when I have kids lol!!

Well off to work out today.

Sunday-REST
Monday-45 minutes on Elliptical
Tuesday-SICK
Wednesday-45 minutes 5% incline treadmill
Thursday-VDAY
Friday-rest
Saturday-45 minutes incline treadmill

Not a good week for me but you get the picture.
