Well I'm bit. I was too busy nursing the wounded to run. Been MIA on here too. I can't get on the computer at work and have been working 80 hour work weeks. I'm tired and feel the end coming soon ;) But the good news is my work finally hired a new nurse (we lost one last month) So I will have more time to take care of myself.

Finally got to mow again - didn't get to last week/weekend because of flooding - my LORD it has grown and made it almost impossible, even raising the mower it still wanted to keep choking. Do they make stilts for lawn mowers?

Well, there was a quick break - after a slip/fall and bloody nose - but only about 5 mins down time ;) (yeah - I slipped on one of the the uphill pushes and landed nose-first into the pull-handle)

Saturday the 20th was a super busy day so I just synced my fitbit for my minutes. Normally I don't use that total, but... I shopped - every aisle in Wal-Mart (some twice) pushing a wonky cart with a stuck wheel, then hit Safeway. Then housecleaning and some time on the treadmill. So I figured it was fair.

Didn't get to mow today, but went shopping - love cruising Sam's... always losin' hubby LOL slo poke! Then hit Earth Fare... got home and have ended up having to about turn the kitchen upside down, scrubbing cabinets - because we had a sudden fruit fly invasion (not from tonight's shopping - they were by the trash can in hundreds. I guess there were some fruity bits (pits) that well... gah! It's been a nightmare. Have placed a few versions of the vinegar traps around, hoping for the best. However, the scrubbing came into play where as I sprayed my 'safe' (peppermint oil) spray at several of the clusters, the apparent 'dirt' was dripping away. Then I started spraying with Cinch, since I was going to have to wipe every time I sprayed. What a nightmare!

Wow... I'm actually quite impressed watching this total as opposed to the already over 1k that SP awarded me some time ago... higher than I realized, and yet the 'workouts' being shorter than I was doing when hitting the Y daily (pre- back sprain)... I gotta up the intensity, don't feel like I'm actually burning enough except mowing days - and that possibility is still up in the air, gotta get out there and see if it's dry 'nuff to mow... but by that point, it'll probably be too hot to - and then it's bound to start raining again before I can! GAH!

OK, I do like seeing the summary style everyone is doing - so I shall adopt that, too :)

Running total - 243 (even tho' I'm sure SP has or will shortly be giving me a silly award for 250 already, since FitBit counts much movement that I do as higher activity, but it's not 'intended' exercise, like my mowing sessions are - it didn't really need it, but I sure topped a few tall weeds LOL)

Today - wahoo... went by the fitbit activity details to find all the 'actual' times that I was mowing - and bad girl, grabbed the lopper again... hopefully I was smarter using it this time, and didn't reinjure my back. Time will tell :)

I didn't quite do that, but of the minutes that the fitbit recorded, I'm only going to count the half hour I 'booked' around Lowe's... several times... in and out... looking for friend first, then she txt'd me that she headed home - so I got to the car, and hubby was MIA - had gone into the store!

Considering I got about 5k steps during that time frame, I think I'm counting that tonight LOL (I actually did break a sweat LOL - I was cruising FAST, trying to find anyone at that point LOL)

So, yeah - today, 30 min run from the zombies!

(and that's not counting the trip to Wally World after, where we looked at toy 'zombie targets' LOL)
