I just finished add in all my fitness for May! I am a little slow and I had 945 out of the 1000 that I wanted to have! So my goal for June is 1500! and I am doing very good on drinking my water. But I know I have to keep that as a goal or I would not be doing so good!

June goals are much the same as May's goals. I just need to follow through and make them happen.
1. 96 ounces of water daily 2. exercise 5 days a week 3. track food every day, and stay in ranges 5 of 7 days each week 4. get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep a night 5. by following these steps I hope to lose a minimum of 5 pounds in June
I'm looking for my inner athlete, but I'm afraid I may have eaten her. If I'm very quiet I can hear her screams of terror.
I don't know where my drive went. I really need to get back into an exercise routine. And since I no longer have a job where I sit at a computer all day, my sparking has also lacked. So, my goal for this month is to work out at least 3 days a week for 30 minutes. And to log on spark daily. Baby steps....

Goals for June: Calories: keeping them under my upper maximum allowed. Exercise: at least a half hour per day 5 days per week Water: at least 8 glasses (64 oz) per day I hope to lose at least 10 lbs in June.

I did good with water and eating, but exercise is on and off. Final weigh in for June: 216. I lost just 3.5 lbs this month. Better than nothing, but UGH!!!
