3 - follow the CBS program daily
4 - exercise min of 10min a day, 6 days per week

For June:

1) Workout with weights or do cardio, 4 x a week.
2) Stick to my diabetic diet
3) Cut back on pop and drink more water instead.

I just finished add in all my fitness for May! I am a little slow and I had 945 out of the 1000 that I wanted to have! So my goal for June is 1500! and I am doing very good on drinking my water. But I know I have to keep that as a goal or I would not be doing so good!

Is it too late to jump in?

1) Lose ten pounds by July.

2) Get back into the habit of tracking my calorie intake.

3) Drink 64 oz water per day.

My goals for the month are:

1. To get out and do something active outside for atleast 30 mins, 3 days a week. Hopefully the MN weather will cooperate.

2. To stay within my calorie goals each day without going over. This should help me with my weight loss journey. emoticon

Hey All,

I'm in. I really have to get my butt into gear. I did not do too much in the way of jogging last month at all. I can feel that the pep in my step is lacking.

1) Jog at least 3 x a week.

2) Keep my calories in in between maximum and minimum range.

3) Loose 3 to 4 lbs.

4) Starting weight: 202 lbs.

June goals are much the same as May's goals. I just need to follow through and make them happen.

1. 96 ounces of water daily
2. exercise 5 days a week
3. track food every day, and stay in ranges 5 of 7 days each week
4. get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep a night
5. by following these steps I hope to lose a minimum of 5 pounds in June



I'm looking for my inner athlete, but I'm afraid I may have eaten her. If I'm very quiet I can hear her screams of terror.

I don't know where my drive went. I really need to get back into an exercise routine. And since I no longer have a job where I sit at a computer all day, my sparking has also lacked. So, my goal for this month is to work out at least 3 days a week for 30 minutes. And to log on spark daily. Baby steps....
