Good Luck with this - I googled it and read the pros and cons on ask.com. There are some people who loose weight on diets like this as for me - I've been having success with portion control and exercise - paired w/ keeping a food diary (actually I'm keeping 2 - the one on sparkpeople and a written one). I've been doing this very consistently since May and am close to feeling this IS my lifestyle now.
All of our bodies are so different, what works for one won't necessarily work for someone else. Keep me/us updated on what you do and how well you do.
