I have been getting to the gym 3 or 4 days a week for cardio. The rest of the time I do strength training at home using an Android app and free weights.

Thursday, August 8th: Dance Stretch (37 Minutes)

Friday, August 9th: Sole Sculpt (40 Minutes)

Sunday, August 11th: REST DAY! Do some fun movement today :-)

These workouts are great and she's an awesome instructor. It's like having a personal trainer. She's willing to answer questions and is extremely helpful.

I've been very slack with my exercise routine. I do a very physically demanding job and I am tired when I get home. I'm trying hard to ride 4 days a week and walk at least three ...I've had some very off weeks.Last week was a good one and so far this week is ok. Usually by this point in the year I have left SparkPeople so I am pleased that I am at least checking in everyday.

I finished Supreme 90 last week. I'm doing the Skinny Mom's 2 week challenge that started last Monday and Spark Solutions 2 week challenge that started today,
Then I'm going to take a break for a month or so from the challenge type workouts due to traveling to see grandkids. When I get back, I will start one of the PrayFit 33 day challenge led by Jimmy Pena. After that, not sure.

My challenge started on April 1st. I am currently doing P90X and my 90 days will end on June 29th. I will start round 2 the second week in may. Round 3 starts the last week of September. My 51st birthday is February 12, 2014 and I hope to drop another 77 pounds by then...to be in the best shape of my life (150 pounds) emoticon

The first 2 weeks of January ended up being a fight with the "winter doldrums" for me. - But this week I'm "back on track" with ST 3 days a week and cardio 2-3 days. I hope to get in a walk today, but it is still in the 20's temp. wise.

Overall, my goal is 1200 fitness minutes each month.

My goal is to just keep moving,I'm trying to get some sort of exercise each and every day. I do strength every other day . I started out the month riding my very energetic mare..I wish I had her spirit and energy! ,. Then the footing got icy here so I had to stop that, too bad cause she needs to stay fit too, she's also an oldish gal . Then I snowshoed for a few days , one day out on CC skis, I'm terrible at that so it works me extra hard, lol! I started walking a mile a day last week and did well till the temperature dropped drastically, so yesterday and today I did a Leslie Sansone workout..they are easy and a great workout !
The exercise makes me feel good, nothing like a little air in your lungs and your blood circulating!!

Warmer temperatures have melted all of our snow, so no snowshoeing. However, was able to take an hour long walk in the sunshine on dry sidewalks!

My goal is to exercise 5 to 6 days a week and complete my food tracker. I have 6 more weeks of physical therapy before I meet with the surgeon to see if I can start lifting weights again. Fortunately I am able to do aerobic exercises now.

Mine is to use my Walking Dvds and build up my core and back muscles through yoga, my challenge is to start using the stairs at work (six stores) and I live on the fourth floor emoticon

walking 5 miles a day with Leslie 5-6 days a week and if the weather is nice getting a few more miles in outside

Zumba is going to be my go to exercise this next quarter. I picked up a DVD set that is meant for us older gals and I'm going to try that. Then maybe I can transition into the regular Zumba classes.

I see MSBOOTCAMP is doing antigravity yoga. Just tried it on New Years Day myself. What a good stomach workout. However, zumba is my favorite workout. I love my Fitbit too. Keep up the good work!
