Tapout, or TapoutXT, is a tough workout series based on MIXED MARTIAL ARTS (MMA).
It's similar to the P90X series, only - in my book- tougher.
The creators aren't looking for too many women over 50, or over 60(!), or even over 40; but I'M ONE WHO IS DOING IT!

A lot of push-ups, and jumping, lunges, and squats. Some workouts you do with a resistance band, and/or pair of weighted gloves (gloves are extra). I already had a pair.
Hope at least one more 50+ team member is up to doing this challenge- even on a different schedule from mine!
