I've used kettleballs in a limited basis. I like the compound approach!
-- Still haven't run my DVD that I bought at the beginning of summer. No "down time" to check it out!

I have used kettlebells but dont have a routine for them where do u find a workout for them I also dont know how to track them in the fitness tracking can u help

Wow read your post and you reminded me that I have to get my kettle bell and workout
DVD out and use it. I have been using my Wii games latly but will add kettle bell routines also

Besides me, has anyone else on this team tried KETTLEBELLS?

They're fabulous strength-training-- AND combined with CARDIO!!

YES- you get strength-training and cardio together; and a full workout is 15 to 30, 40, 45 minutes! American Council on Exercise clocks kbells as burning 20.2 CALORIES/MINUTE.
