Wow read your post and you reminded me that I have to get my kettle bell and workout
DVD out and use it. I have been using my Wii games latly but will add kettle bell routines also

I sleep incredibly well after my kettlebell classes. Wow. Anyone else?

If your medical professional says it's OK, and you want to, do try KETTLEBELLS.

I have done kettlebell workouts. They do burn a lot of calories!

Besides me, has anyone else on this team tried KETTLEBELLS?

They're fabulous strength-training-- AND combined with CARDIO!!

YES- you get strength-training and cardio together; and a full workout is 15 to 30, 40, 45 minutes! American Council on Exercise clocks kbells as burning 20.2 CALORIES/MINUTE.
