Calorie range 1800(nothing over) 2/22:1,600 for today 2/23: 1,320 did better 2/24: 1,620 on track 2/25: Went over my 1,800 goal, will do better tomorrow 2/26: 1,240 pretty good day! 2/27: 1,240 don't know how I have the same ,I ate different things???? 2/28: 1,570 that was more of a challenge then I thought Whew!! Good luck everyone! Go team!!

Need to try harder with the calories. Have been consistently over but lost 7pds so far. If keeping under 1600 maybe lose more.
