I'm feeling a little guilty that I didn't sign on for this at the beginning of the season, but almost glad I didn't. I hate squats and there have been WAY too many runs scored by opposing teams this year, eh?

Not pleased with the first game at all. I will definitely spread the pushups out.

If you have problems with any of the suggested exercises, just substitute whatever you can do comfortably or change the number of repetitions.

Ok, I am going to try this but I don't know if I will be able to do all the ones for today in one shot. I can't do lunges or squats because of my knees but I will do some other leg exercises in place of those.

Haha! Rough way to start the season, but I love this idea! I'll be sticking to wall push-ups since we have to do 160!!

We have done this with previous seasons and I found it a good way to get in extra strength training while watching our lovable cubbies!

The concept is simple, for every run the Cubs score you do 10 situps/crunches and for every run the opposing team scores you do 10 pushups. If the Cubs win you do 25 squats and if the Cubs lose you do 25 lunges per leg.

For example the Cubs win 3-1, you would do 30 crunches, 10 pushups and 25 squats.

Feel free to participate the whole season or whenever. I plan on doing the whole season! Good luck!
