We have done this with previous seasons and I found it a good way to get in extra strength training while watching our lovable cubbies!
The concept is simple, for every run the Cubs score you do 10 situps/crunches and for every run the opposing team scores you do 10 pushups. If the Cubs win you do 25 squats and if the Cubs lose you do 25 lunges per leg.
For example the Cubs win 3-1, you would do 30 crunches, 10 pushups and 25 squats.
