Trust me, Ursula, I know soo much how you feel! It is too hard, especially when the kids are around. Life just gets in the way. I did really good last week, now this week has been another story! Today is a good day, and that can be a great start!! (((Hugs)))

Don't be hard on yourself Ursula. I am in awe of all of you with small children. I didn't have a weight problem when my children were small. Now however...I have a hard time getting my workouts, menu and meal planning, etc. done each day. I don't know how you moms (and Dads) with small children do it. Stress is a weight killer so don't stress yourself out. Easier said than done but with your husband always being sent away that can't make it easier either. You are doing great Ursula and don't forget it!

Okay, I officially stink. My deepest apologies for being MIA the last week or so. DH and the kids were off... were really busy with lots of quality time, and then had a family medical thing, and a few other personal matters that were sucking up a bunch of time. Things should be settled now... getting back into the groove.. got great workouts in yesterday and today, and tracked food today. I'm not going to waste time going back to track things from the last week... just need to start fresh and move on from here.

Looks like everyone else did pretty well! And it looks like our point leader was DONNA!

I'm calling today a 5 pointer. I was below my range but by less than 300 calories and I just can't make myself eat anymore today. Since I like to vary my calorie intake by day, I consider today a success. So
I am at 26/30.

Did not get my exercise in today. Twin #1 came home with a fever, and wanted mommy all day and night...watched A LOT of Dora and Garfield today. He's finally sleeping now, but fever was up to 103 a while ago, so I'm hoping it's going to break soon. I hate when there's nothing you can do to make them feel better.

I am in!! So excited to be back:) I missed all my fellow Cubs fans. My goal is NO Diet Coke! I have made it almost 2 weeks so far but the last few days the cravings have kicked in. Best of luck to everyone!

Here is our new challenge.. Starting Wednesday 3/24, which will take us through to April 4th. April 5th is opening day. Only 12 days, so let's make them count!

Keeping it simple and sticking to the basics, since many of us seem to be having a hard time getting or staying on track.

- I exercised today.
- personal goal of your choice (no soda, no caffeine, work in extra exercise, whatever)

Post in this thread. Don't feel obligated to post every day, if time or computer access doesn't allow. I know it helps me to "have" to check in everyday, but do whatever works for you.

This will be an individual challenge, but hopefully having the accountability of checking in with each other, will help us to stay on track...and be ready to start the Cubs season off right!
