I usually do 30 minutes at Curves each day, which I did this morning. However, they have a Zumba class on Monday evenings, which I go to, so I am adding more than 5 minutes to my workout today.

I just got back from the gym. I spent 30 minutes on the treadmill; assume that counts as running place. I definitely drank water after I got home.

Does it count if I already have a healthy snack all ready in the fridge? Butternut squash, already squirted with some spray butter. Love that stuff!

Done! I spent an extra 10 minutes marching in place at the foot of my bed.

Next: Drink at least 8 ounces of water and do a set of pushups and a set of some type of crunches (regular, reverse, side ...).

wow Lake...good one. I haven't been here in a few days, but last night I made my lunch for today as we will be doing soccer tournaments today wich means bad food. Not for me.

you guys are getting creative with this tag game. i just talked to my friend in alabama. after talking about gas and the economy, i told her about the spark people and how it was helping me get a different perspective on life and encouraging me in watching my calories and nutrition.
Here is the next activity: Make a list of what you are going to eat tomorrow, and if appropriate (like a lunch for work); prepare it tonight. If this goes into october 9, the alternative activity is to go for a walk or go for a bike ride or go to a playground and play.

How appropriate. On Biggest Loser tonight, Jillian recommended doing jumping jacks during commercials. I had done 50 of them and was huffing and puffing. Then I read this email and decided to do the other 50.

I am thankful for Spark People, especially all of you in the Cubbies team. I am also thankful that the Cubs had an excellent season, even though they bombed in the post season. I am most thankful to my God for taking care of me, giving me my family, friends, etc.

Next person, clean or organize a piece of furniture, a room, or some type of house cleaning that you have put off for a while. I just organized my computer desk. If I can do that, someone else can, too.

(I'm new and would like to thank Lynn for telling me about the team challenges.)

I just got back from a 25-minute fast walk while pushing my 110 lb. physically-challenged dog in his "houndabout stroller." We went up a large hill. Does this count for the "step-ups?" :-)
