I like the one ball exercise on spark. I also do strength training with the ball and ab work. I do push up with my feet ontop of the ball and I sit on the ball while doing bicep/tricep barbell exercises. Just sitting works your abs.
A GREAT ab work out that takes only 5 minutes to kill your abs....
Lay flat on the ground with hands stretched above your head and legs straight. Hold the ball with your feet. Lift your legs and reach up (in a crunch motion) to grab the ball. Release down to the ground with the ball in your hands. Then do the same in reverse. Crunch up (this whole time keeping your arms straight) and place the ball back in your feet that have raised up in the air. Release to the ground. Repeat for 4 minutes and you'll want to die... it feels great!
