I like the one ball exercise on spark. I also do strength training with the ball and ab work. I do push up with my feet ontop of the ball and I sit on the ball while doing bicep/tricep barbell exercises. Just sitting works your abs.

A GREAT ab work out that takes only 5 minutes to kill your abs....
Lay flat on the ground with hands stretched above your head and legs straight. Hold the ball with your feet. Lift your legs and reach up (in a crunch motion) to grab the ball. Release down to the ground with the ball in your hands. Then do the same in reverse. Crunch up (this whole time keeping your arms straight) and place the ball back in your feet that have raised up in the air. Release to the ground. Repeat for 4 minutes and you'll want to die... it feels great!

I noticed the video was featured as I was typing the post, lol. I'm going to watch it as soon as there's less activity in my wing of the office. Must maintain the illusion that I'm hard working and totally indispensible. :)

I have a ball..it's in the corner behind the chair..ha..J even mentioned that to a friend..my exercise with it is to sit and bounce while posting! Thats it..all the exercises that are on SP..are excellent..but my neck can't handle the pressure! I've had to neck surgeries..so some things I can do..or should be able to..like wall squats and bouncing..but I'm sure if you don't have neck problems..then SP will have good ones for you! I think they even have a 10 or 15 min workout..check it out.. www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness

I was wondering if any of you have exercises you like to do on the ball? My apartment's gym has them in a variety of sizes (of course, the one for short people like me is deflated), but I'm not really sure what to do on there. I'm going to do some more research but wanted to check with my wonderful group. Thanks, everyone!
