the reason I weighed in twice is when I started sparks this time it was on a sunday, and I wanna keep all my weigh-in's on the same day...so I will be weighing in now on thursday's from now on every week.

These are my exercise stats for the mo. of July 2012 so far:
07/06/12 = 2 hours of yard work today= strength training physical labor. 07/07/12 = 10 minutes cardio = walked the dogs in the park 07/08/12 = 2.5 hrs ST = detailing kitchen/housework , 15 min cardio walking 07/09/12 = 15min walk = 10 min ST= pushups, squats,stairs, before work 07/10/12 = 10 min stair climb, squats, pushups 07/11/12 = 1 hour of ST and Cardio training with a trainer

At first I was disappointed because I have always heard that you should be able to lose 1% of your body weight per week safely and I did not come close to that this week even though I kept my calories well within my allotted range.
But, then I ran the report (thank you, SparkPeople!) that compared my actual weight loss to my weight loss goal ....I came out way ahead of schedule!
While I am disappointed to see the scale go up, I can't be TOO upset. It is my first gain in 10 weeks. Plus I'm dealing with bloat and out of control cravings. Time to pull myself up and get my head back in the game!

I weighed in at 365, yesterday. So that's down 8 and I'm so excited, but I just started and realize it's mostly water weight.
