Hey girls. I was wondering if we could have a new fitness challenge? These are super helpful in keeping motivation up and gives workouts a little extra purpose..and it's the new year :) I was thinking a challenge to workout X number of times/mins a week for a month or something? Any ideas?
Immediate goal: Stick with workout/eating plan
Benefit: Having more energy for life.
My 10% goals:
1: 188 lbs
-reward: Buy a new outfit :)
2: 169 lbs
-reward: A new power tool!
3: 152 lbs
-reward: Really close to the wedding..get an awesome bikini!!!
4: 135 Gooaalll!
-have an amazing wedding looking awesome in my dress!!!!
