In this heat wave I'm pushing the ac up ad bringing out my yoga DVD again. I'm amazed how the I can work up a sweat with smart moves and work on flexibility and stress busting at the same time.
Okay Im going to work on my pecs more dont do much strength training first starting so here goes
Mine is Play basketball with my boyfriend at the rec center :) good way to work out and show off my skills lol
Try a NEW fitness activity!
Heres a few Ideas's
A new machine at the gym
A new sport you havent tried or played for a while
A new workout dvd
Jogging instead of walking
Playing with your kids or dogs
The possibilites are endless and it is a great way to get motivation and have fun while exersizing.
