I've almost completely replaced diet soda with water flavored with MiO. The sweet tea flavor (diluted...I only use about half what they recommend for a serving) makes it much easier for me to get my water in for the day. I can not stress this enough. And MiO is so convenient you can take it anywhere--when you're at a restaurant, save money by ordering water and then flavoring it yourself!
I keep raisins (the 2 lb. round cans) in the house at all times. When I crave something sweet, I hit those first. Much healthier!
I've also been using the Flat Out flatbreads for wraps. They have at least 5 or 6 different flavors of them and I swear my husband and I could eat them every night! I usually put lettuce, some chopped up grape tomatoes and cucumbers in them as well as chopped chicken breast or sliced turkey and some shredded cheddar. Healthy and nummy!
