I like shows that make you think, or dramas that are pretty intense. As for new shows, we haven't bothered with a lot of them, but I did check out the first Detroit 1.8.7 and liked it. I'm back to the Apprentice this year because Trump has taken execs who have been laid off in the economic crisis and I like that he's giving them another chance.
I'm faithful to some old stand-bys, like The Office, Lie to Me, and Rescue Me, but the new sit-coms just STINK!

I don't watch "regular" TV. I am usually watching Travel Channel, Syfy Channel or Chiller. though I look through the guide and watch movies. and when there is nothing on (as is most nights) I watch old horror movies that I have recorded
I like silly nonsense like Psych and Big Bang. I miss Monk. I also enjoy some of the CSI and Criminal minds but I've been finding that I enjoy the graphic bloody crime scenes less and less. Are they getting more graphic or am I just getting less tolerant? DK Used to enjoy House until they got too involved in everyone's personal life and less with the patients.I'm seriously thinking of reducing the umber of channels I get.

I am so missing LOST right now! TV just isn't the same without it. My hubby and I are doing a LOST re-watch since he stopped watching it during season 2. But we have been so busy with the kids' activities that we've only watched the first part of the pilot.
We DVR everything and watch it later. We have a few new shows to check out like The Event and Hawaii-5-0. My favorite returning shows are Fringe, Vampire Diaries, Modern Family, The Office and The Good Wife.

My DVR rules my life; I record just about everything so I can blast through commercials. Right now, Castle is waiting for me and BF to watch; I also have last night's Desperate Housewives and Brothers & Sisters. Tonight I'll be watching Biggest Loser when it's far enough ahead that I can fast-forward through all the boring repetitious stuff they pad it with.
Doing my best...one day at a time.

I don't know what I'd do without dvr. But Sunday nights are big here. Dexter just started, Desperate Housewives, Mad Men. Other nights DWTS, Castle, and many more. I went through a span of 10 years without tv. I think I'm making up for it now!

I watch WAAAAAYYYYY too much t.v. - but some of my favorites are Dancing with the stars, Medium, Mentalist, Castle, and a comedy like The big bang theory, and Modern Family.
I am stuck, when I am on call in the evenings, so it is hard to get into any hobbies,or exercise regime that time of night.
SO,,,,,,way to much T.V. going on in my house.
First goal to reach 175. Next goal 170....next goal 165...next goal 160. 5 pounds at a time. Some day I want to be 140.
Only losing 5 pounds at a time, giving myself plenty of time to do it, so I don't pressure myself and feel like a failure if I don't meet that goal.

To tell the truth, we hardly watch tv at all. Monday's we do like to watch American Pickers and Pawn Stars but that's about it.
