I can't remember them all, nothing major. I dropped a weight on my foot at the gym ... that hurt!!! I pulled a muscle during aerobics, way back when!
Height 163cm = 5 foot 4 inches.
Highest weight 81 kilos = 178.6 lb, Dec 2005.
SP Start Weight 8th July 2006 78 kg = 172 lb
HALF WAY 17th September 71.5 kg = 157.6 lb
June 2007 reached original goal 65 kg = 143 lb
July 2007, 62 kilos = 136.7 lb
December 2008 72 kilos = 158.7 pounds.
December 2009 78 kilos = 172 pounds!!! Going the WRONG way!
December 2010 77 kilos = 170 pounds.
Nothing from doing sports or exercising - but I was hit by a car and had one leg crushed - limits what I can do (lunges make me fall over - lol) or duration.
For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love, and of self-control.

I have suffered some pulled muscles and achilles tendenitis from running...back when I ran marathons!
Don't think I've suffered any injuries form exercise but many pains and injuries from lack of exercise.
I have to be very careful of my back, although I've done no major injury damage. I've pulled muscles, though. Yuck! I've found that I avoid all injuries by warming up and stretching (in that order) before I do any exercise.
Life is too short not to LIVE OUT LOUD!
Sore back...shin splints...
Nothing when I was younger, but I've been nursing a sore shoulder muscle and related muscles for about 4 months now. Think this is caused by Pilates and age...ugh

Destroyed my knees as a kid. Probably had a lot to do with not properly stretching. Had surgery on both before age 20 and now they are great. Other than that, mostly blisters/calluses on my feet from distance walking.

nothing sports or exercise related yet unless you count a sore muscle :)
Women are angels and when someone breaks our wings we simply continue to fly .... on our broomsticks. We are flexible like that
The only injuries I've had in sports was while in school and that was too many years to worry about. Exercising, I fell off my bike trying to ride it. I put those everlasting tires on it so I'll never have a flat and it makes it harder to ride. It's surprising what granite gravel will do to your knees.

The most recent was a back strain from doing Yoga with 80 year old ladies! You gotta watch them blue haired people - they'll hurt you LOL :)

1. Exercise 3-5 days a week
2. Get my vitamins in daily
3. Get my fluids in daily - water or crystal lite.
4. Get under 200 by the end of the year.
5. Stay positive - life is good :)
non but my knees snap and my knees and elbows make a light grinding fealing and sound
Sprained ankles many times sometimes due to sports and other times due to clumsiness! This led to a stress fracture in one of my ankles and I had to wear a cast for a month last year. It's still not completely healed and I doubt it ever will because I refuse to not stay off my feet!

Shoulder pain from swimming. Sometimes when I push it to hard lifting weights I can feel it.

I started off with bad knees so I just notice that sometimes the exercise causes my knees to hurt.
