I am in that lull right now! I just bought myself some new workout clothes and new running shoes. I cant wait to put on those shoes and go for it! I will also try to stick to my nutritional changes too.
My biggest motivation is clothes that no longer fit. When you've given away all your "fat" clothes and what you have left gets tight it's time to reassess what you're not doing/doing that isn't working.

I returned to SP after leaving SP after returning to SP after leaving SP after starting SP. What a goofy rollercoaster.
I can't really answer this question. Sometimes I let my lack of motivation get the best of me and I actually quit. I put off exercising and then just do it sporadically. I stop logging my food then lie to myself about how much I've eaten on any given day and then wonder why I've gained 10 pounds.
Now, I don't know if this is going to be different this time. I really don't. But I'm here today. I'm logging my food today. I exercised today. I will do more exercise tonight. That's the best I can do and it's enough...it feels good, too!
I think the best way I can stick with this lifestyle change is to stick with SP. I can't find another way that works for me. I don't hold myself accountable on my own; I just don't. I finally figured out that I have to be completely honest and the only way I am is to check in here on a regular basis - and that means daily!
I'll sometimes just give myself a day or two break.

My spouse is always reminding me and pushing me to achieve my goals to be healthy. He is my rock on which I lean when the going gets tough. While I do depend on Sparkpeople but my time online is limited so I mostly depend on him and my own strength of will.

As far as nutritional goals, I search online for new recipes and look in the grocery store for new foods to introduce to help relieve the boredom. As for fitness, I search for a new activity, a new fitness DVD, something different to keep me going.
