I returned to SP after leaving SP after returning to SP after leaving SP after starting SP. What a goofy rollercoaster.
I can't really answer this question. Sometimes I let my lack of motivation get the best of me and I actually quit. I put off exercising and then just do it sporadically. I stop logging my food then lie to myself about how much I've eaten on any given day and then wonder why I've gained 10 pounds.
Now, I don't know if this is going to be different this time. I really don't. But I'm here today. I'm logging my food today. I exercised today. I will do more exercise tonight. That's the best I can do and it's enough...it feels good, too!
I think the best way I can stick with this lifestyle change is to stick with SP. I can't find another way that works for me. I don't hold myself accountable on my own; I just don't. I finally figured out that I have to be completely honest and the only way I am is to check in here on a regular basis - and that means daily!
Life is too short not to LIVE OUT LOUD!
