I'm thankful for my parents, they are the most upstanding people I know.

my family & friends, and my determination to take off the weight so I do all the things I want to do.
2010 Goals:
1. Lose 3-4 pounds a month. 2. Walk 2 days a week plus both weekend days. 3. Do Abs/Back work every other day to strengthen abs/back muscles. 4. Eat a minimum of 2 fruits/vegetables a day. 5. Track food for every meal daily. 6. Do at least 4 charity walks during the year. 7. Drink a minimum of 10 glasses of water. 8. Do Boot Camp video daily.
