So what if my family has been sick all week and I am the only one who is healthy and doing anything around the house. So what if we will be running like the perverbial chickens all weekend long and I won't have time to get to the gym. I am down almost 2 lbs for the week and will continue to eat healthy and pray to God I don't get sick too!!!

Be consistent but not boring.

So what if I haven't had lunch yet and have already used nearly half my days calories and no fruits and vegetables. emoticon emoticon . I still have lunch, Dinner, and snacks and I get to face the challenge of keeping it healthier the rest of the day. I just need not to beat myself up and focus on the goal while not going into either starvation or giving up mentality. emoticon

So what if we got take-out from my favorite indian restaurant last night. I entered every bite into the food tracker. I did a half-hour of ExerBeat and then went for a mile and a half brisk walk with my daughter.

Today I will eat leftovers and make up for it doing extra time on Zumba.

So what if I had a piece & a half of leftover birthday cake last night? I logged it in my tracker and yes I did go over my calories. But I also ran 3.3 miles, rode my bike 3.3 miles and walked 2.5 miles. So hopefully I made up for some of it. And the cake is all gone and there's not another birthday in my house until December!

So what if I have fell off the wagon over a year ago then I got back on and then I fell off and so on and so on . . . until I found 10 of those pounds that I had lost. And those pesky things don't want to leave! But I am making a new commitment to myself to get back on that wagon and stay on!

So what if I binged on popcorn, chocolate, and peeps yesterday. I pulled myself together, and was able to manage to get it in the correct range by end of day. I was nuts for about 2 hrs before coming to my senses.

So what if work has gotten totally crazy! Which means that I can't get on the computer at work. So what if home has been really busy too! I just can't seemed to have time to get on this computer!

So what if my 20 year old boy hurt his leg and couldn't help mow the lawn. I burned over 900 calories (according to the tracker). Hope he gets better soon because it was HOT HOT HOT work.

So what if I did nothing yesterday but watch my son play in a lacrosse tournament in the heat & humidity. So what if I was so exhausted that when I got home I fell asleep - around 8pm. So what that today I have no energy. Not sure why but I'm going to get something accomplished!

So what if I live next door to the community pool and no one else in the house will go swimming with me. I need to get myself over there and swim. The family pass is paid for but that doesn't mean I have to wait for the family to want to so. Pools been open for three weeks and none of us has been there. So what if I had surgery in November and was unable to do anything for 6 weeks. I gained 20 pounds - that is so what. So for the past two months I've been logging in and doing the food tracker inconsistently but what I really need to add is time on team pages again. I got back to exercising and lost 5 pounds this week but know I can't keep doing this alone. I really missed you guys and your encouragement. emoticon

So what if I fell off the wagon today and had all my calories eaten by the end of lunch? Yeah, the pork shoulder tacos at Paladar were probably not the wisest choice. Nor was the second mojito. Nor were the churros. So I'll simply not eat again today and tomorrow, enjoy all the fruit I picked up at Whole Foods.

Me too! I have stayed at 155 since I gained back 10 pounds last July! So what that it re-found me and never wants to leave!

I have one more pound before I have lost 70 pounds and I am not going to the gym until tomorrow....SO WHAT!!! It will come off when it's ready, I am staying in calorie range, and have been doing zumba for 2 hours this week.

LOL so what if i spent months agonizing over my son, him telling me he felt nothing for me, never wants to see me again, called me a psycho crazy b*tch and I gained 14 pounds back from May til now? so what? Jackie - I'm so sorry that your trip was cancelled. I hope you get to go another time.

So what if I ate 2 entire avocados yesterday. At least it's healthy fat right? And I ran this morning! And I will not put any avocado in my salads this week to make up for it. I love avocados...almost as much as chocolate chip cookies and virtual rum!

So What that my Grand Canyon back packing trip was cancelled due to flooding in the Canyon. At least I didn't have to be evacuated out. Hey wait, that would have meant a helicopter ride! Dang the luck! So What!!!!
