Usually I do about a 5k, but this past weekend I did make it up to 4 miles and I hope to keep it there! I don't mind driving somewhere to run, especially if I'm just making a pit stop on my way home from work.

Ocean Lakes / Redmill is a nice area to run. I know it's hard to have to drive to somewhere to run, but you could park at Walmart and run around the shopping area or the Courthouse area. How far do you normally run?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any good running trails in the south VA Beach/ Pungo area? My neighborhood doesn't have good sidewalks, and I don't like running in the street. The only place I know of is Mount Trashmore, and it's too far away from my home. Thanks in advance!
