I'm going to try a new fittnes class this coming week Drums Alive. It's using stabily balls and drum sticks, and music. The classes are at the Donald Small School Bath, Maine Sheridan Rd. December 13th 4:30, 6:30, and 7:30 pm and December 19th 6:30 and 7:30pm. I saw videos on Google and it looked like fun. No musical ability necessary but you're suppose to get a good physical workout.
