I did ride a 10 speed bike 18+ miles, but I know I couldn't run it. Gail, that is remarkable!

Oh, I like that one! I wonder if it is easy to use. Has anyone used it yet, or before?

Today I ran 18 miles, and walk 1/4 mile home. :-)

I am pretty proud of myself because it's only the second time I have made it this far.

Here's a cool little tool that might help you calculate how far you walked or ran.
www.gmap-pedometer.com
Enter the address of the starting point of your walk/run, and double click to mark the turning points of your walk/run on the map. It will automatically calculate how many miles you went. Check it out if you get a chance. It's pretty cool!
