Always ask your doctor first but yes alot of asthmatic patients rely on using their inhaler 30 before doing a workout to keep from having an attack. I have a Xopenex inhaler to help with this. Good luck!!

I rely on my medication. I use advair daily, but before that I always took albuterol before beginning my workout. My asthma never improved without the use of medication.

I just got done with a decent workout. I'm using EA Active for Wii, and I had a lot of trouble with the running sections.

About mid-way through, my lungs started burning. I stopped running and just walked until my lungs felt better.

Do any of you have any advice concerning this lung burn? Does it get better with consistent exercise? Am I doing too much? Are there any exercises that help with this lung burn?

Thanks in advance for the input!
