since 2004 i have lost and gained the same 10-20 pounds maxing out at 264 or 262 it is in my dr office in my file there. i was down to 240 in 2005 when i was hit by the semi on my motorcycle. during recovery and physical therapy the weight snuck back on, then i had a workout time with a coworker during phase two of recovery and physical therapy but the weight just kept coming and going. been seing a dietician for the last year plus and the pounds have come down barely but i am not making the progress i expect of myself.
i have chosen the philosophy that it took twenty years to pack it all on and off and on and off and this time i will pack it off as slow as i can so i can keep it off permanently. i am talking real long term, no matter how long it takes.

Your more than welcome to set a higher goal if you would like but I usually do 5 pounds per month due to people that might have to take rounds of steroids and any other meds that make them gain. I know it's tough some months just to get off the 5 for me but hope to get back into it real good since kids are back in school. Good luck to all.
