I am so sorry that I have been struggling keeping up with posting challenges so I wanted to start one for the whole month where all could post.

My challenge to you this month is to continue on with your exercise of 10 minutes to 30 minutes a day and hit at least 3 or more days per week with it. I also challenge to see if you can lose at least 5 pounds for the month of August or more. Please post with us often so we can all feel motivation off of one another and keep each other going. Good luck all and breathe easy.
