July 6 - 25 minutes brisk walking with dh.
July 8 - 15 minute walk with dh.
July 9 - 30 minute walk while kidsitting for a friend (trying to teach activity to the younger generation :-)

7/4 - 35 minutes on stationery bike
7/5 - 60 minutes of aerobic workout 4 miles
7/7 - 60 minutes of low impact aerobics 4 miles
7/9 - was my town day and got alot of walking but forgot pedometer.

Today when I get home I'll do Denise Austin Upper, lower, & Ab workout.

Later-Zumba 20 min

July 9-

20 min Wii fit free step
8 min Wii fit rhythm boxing
25 min walk/15min mile
I didn't get my DA workout today....tomorrow is Zumba day!

I didn't get a chance for any cardio yesterday. I stayed busy with the kids and grocery shopping. I will make my time for sure today.

The challenge for this week is do to at least 15 minutes of a cardio workout 3 to 4 days this week. I backdated and started from yesterday since it was a Monday and hope everyone will join in the challenge with us. I know for me some days its a challenge to get this done but please lets get our lungs back to working once again. Please post and let us know how things are going for you.
