The challenge for this week is do to at least 15 minutes of a cardio workout 3 to 4 days this week. I backdated and started from yesterday since it was a Monday and hope everyone will join in the challenge with us. I know for me some days its a challenge to get this done but please lets get our lungs back to working once again. Please post and let us know how things are going for you.
