What about a challenge increasing the workouts each week. For instance starting out with first week 10 minutes of exercise 3 to 4 days per week, then the week after increase to 15 minutes 3 to 4 times, then 20 minutes 3 to 4 till we make it to 30 and see how it goes. Also what is involved in Yoga. I have never tried it but wondered how it would go.
