With all of us facing asthma on a daily basis I thought a good challenge for all of us would be to get at least 10 minutes of cardio in per day of some sort. I read The Spark book which is says to start with just 10 minutes and work yourself up. To all who need a jump start lets start off here and post how well your doing with it. I have revised my goals and ready to continue losing the weight. Please join in and set yourself some small goals to reach for June and let's see what we can do.
