my water intake has been okay but the rest of it went down the drain with this depression. I am trying to get back on track

I've been on target with 8 glasses of water.

Borderline with the number of veggies.

Good with the cardio - did 40 minutes of biking on Tuesday and 60 minutes of walking on Wednesday.

And I've forgotten what the other pieces of the challenge is...

I started out this week and hope to get going again. I done 45 minutes Monday of Walk aways the pounds tapes and another 45 mintues today.

Team let's do a variety of things this month for a challenges.
First make sure you get your 8 glasses of water daily, get at least 5 serving of fruits and veggies per day, 3 days of strength training for at least 30 minutes, and 3 days of cardio for 30-45 minutes. I hope all of you are beginning to work yourselves up and able to withstand this much cardio if not please post what you have done. That's still a big accomplishment. Please post here all your results and see who comes out on top this month. Good luck team.
