Team let's do a variety of things this month for a challenges.
First make sure you get your 8 glasses of water daily, get at least 5 serving of fruits and veggies per day, 3 days of strength training for at least 30 minutes, and 3 days of cardio for 30-45 minutes. I hope all of you are beginning to work yourselves up and able to withstand this much cardio if not please post what you have done. That's still a big accomplishment. Please post here all your results and see who comes out on top this month. Good luck team.
