Your doing better than me Joni. I have not been getting much in at all. It has been so hot and I have not even done my exercise inside. Way to go on the cardio.

Ok its time to get moving for me. I always get the 8 hours every night for me as for sleep.

Today my cardio so far is 45 minutes.

Whew! I FINALLY got more than 8 hours of sleep last night! Between work and neighbors, I haven't been ablt to do it. Guess I'll have to make sure to go to bed earlier.

This month I hope we all just try to stick to a few basics. I know that cardio can be tough on us all but at least just try to get in 10 minutes a day.

Here are a few things I think we all can do.

1. Drink our 8 glasses if water per day.

2. Eat 5 fruits and veggies per day.

3. Get 8 hours of sleep each night.

4. Record you steps with a pedometer and try to get at least 5000+ steps per day.

5. 15-30 minutes of strength training.

Lets see what we can accomplish this month and please post as often as you like to keep us all motivated. Let's grow strong as a team and always here for all of you.
