This month I hope we all just try to stick to a few basics. I know that cardio can be tough on us all but at least just try to get in 10 minutes a day.
Here are a few things I think we all can do.
1. Drink our 8 glasses if water per day.
2. Eat 5 fruits and veggies per day.
3. Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
4. Record you steps with a pedometer and try to get at least 5000+ steps per day.
5. 15-30 minutes of strength training.
