tomorrow is going to be a pretty active day for me, and I'm really tired today. How do you count activities like moving hay bales and carting compost in a wheelbarrow? Cardio? Strength?

6/5 - 6/7 Calories did fairly well but went over on 6/7 Cardio 180 minutes for the 3 days Fruits and Veggies 4 to 6 per day Water 8 each day Sleep was 8 hours each day Steps were from 8500 to 10900 each day

This is a great idea. Count me in for future posts, although I don't count my calories. I have realized the count sets me up for failure. Instead, I count serving sizes and fruit/veggie intakes.

Good for you Cherly! Not much exercise yesterday but a lovely 2 hour walk on the beach on Tuesday. Prednisone is making me HUNGRY today. Gonna eat more veges to get through it.

Well I got in a mile today and some heavy cleaning in my house which really exhausts me. I have not been logging my calories like I should due to some major stress in my house. I do get out and walk to get rid of it though. I have gained some weight back and have to get it back off again. Having some bloating problems and not for sure why. So many things for me to sort out and get my life back up and running again but I vow I will do this.
PS I was also proud of myself and I got some strength training in yesterday which I have not done in months.

Guys I have been losing steam here lately and it's really frustrating. I did not do the best in calories today but got in my walking and water. 2 out of 3 it not bad but not good either.

Cherly, you are full of great ideas! Accountability is an amazing motivator!
I have had most of my water for today, I did a few strength exercises and plan to walk the dog. I'm doing laundry, so I've been up and down 2 flights of stairs more times than I can count.

I did not start the month off very good but yesterday I finally got better. I walked 3 miles and got in my fruits and veggies. My sleeping is not so good but hope it will improve. I also stayed within my calories too so it was a good day. I have high hopes for today also.

Well I told a fib. My husband came in from the gym and we decided to ride our moutain bikes. We rode for an hour. We live in the country with lots of hills. It was 9 miles. Hope everyone has a nice evening. Need to iron my work clothes.

I'm in MSTIGGERFAN!!! Today (Sunday)I'm not going to the gym. Going to vacuum the house really good and then wash my truck. Also get my water intake. Not sure how many calories I would burn but it's better than sitting on the couch!!
