Did a week 2 couch25k session followed by some weightlifting. (I always warm up and cool down more than recommended, 'cause of my asthma--today's workout was a total of 42 min plus weightlifting/stretching)

4/10 35 mins of walk/run on treadmill, 60 mins advanced pilates class

4/14 35 mins on treadmill 15 mins on elliptical

4/15 25 on the treadmill and 25 on the eliptical, also did weight training today.

4/16 didn't make it to the gym today, however did some major cleaning and went for a walk with the kids

4/17 30 on treadmill and 20 on eliptical

4/18 35 on treadmill and 15 on eliptical. Also spent 2 hours at the zoo with the kids, lots of walking!
