I stayed 100 below my range, I had 5 fruits, 4 veggies, 2 whold grains and 95 min. cardio.

When I get stressed I do Tae Bo. It lets you get rid of the stress in your body and when I am exercising I am not eating!

Ladies I exceeded my calories today. The stress from worrying over my mother today got the better of me. I did have 4 whole grains, 7 veggies and 2 fruits, and 30 minutes of heavy cleaning today. Stress gets me every time. Need lots of help in that area.

High on calories today (not above my limit, but above my goal) 1374 with 4 whole grains, 3 fruit, 3 vegetables and 60 minutes of walking

I didn't do so well with my whole grains I just had 1. I got 1233 instead of 1176, but I did 2 hours of exercise today and I did get 4 fruits and 5 veggies. My water was 10 glasses. What a great day!

Ladies I did not do so well yesterday. I went over due to it being that time for me and I am always so hungry during that time for some reasons. Today my will be the day when I hardly eat anything due to hurting in my back so bad. It is very different for me now as I get older. I did have 2 whole grains, 2 fruits and 7 veggies. I only got in 7 glasses of water instead of my 8 and 30 minutes of walking for my cardio. This will be a stressing week for me due to my mother is having shoulder surgery Friday so it will be tough for me this week. I hope all of you have a great week.

Tonight I had 1159. I had 10 glasses of water, 4 fruits and 5 veggies and I had 4 whole grains. I also got in 87 min. cardio.

KNITSNSPINS, I am 5'6" and that was what I calorie range was when I started. When I lost weight there was a comment on the top of the page that said after losing 10 or more pounds you need to adjust the range. I found the article that explains how to do that and that is how I came up with 1100 - 1276!

I guess if they insist then they shouldn't tell you to adjust it!

Hey ladies and hope all is going well. Mine is also 1200-1550 for calories and I am 5'4". I have to stay below 1450 for this weeks challenge. You can find it your calorie range also in either place the ladies have mentioned.

Dusamae, I thought SP insisted that everyone needed at least 1200 calories/day. I'm surprised that yours is so low. I'm 5' 2" and my calorie range is 1200-1550.

Calorie range can also be found at the bottom of your nutrition page.

If it is to be, it is up to me!

This week let's try and keep our calories 100 below our highest amount that is set for you by SP. Example if your highest is 1550 try to keep it at 1450 and let's still drink our water, do our fruits and veggies, and continue with the whole grains. Good luck to all of you and February is almost over.
