yesterday I didn't exercise.
I am really having trouble understanding the less obvious whole grains. I get most of my carbs from plain yogurt, beans, fruits and vegetables. There are some days I eat very few "grains" at all.
Yesterday I ate:
1 serv (1.25 cups as defined by the box) of rice chex cereal which I think is NOT whole grain, right?
I also ate some pasta that is low fiber so I'd say NOT whole grain, and a lot of beans that did have fiber, but were NOT technically grains at all.
So I had no whole grains, correct?
