I did 27 min Tae Bo Basic and 45 min WATP 3 mile for the abs. I had 4 whole grains today.

My internet has been extremely slow for the last two days.
Yesterday 60 min WATP and 3 whole grains.
Today 60 min WATP and 4 whold grains.

Wednesday 30 minutes walking and 3 whole grains

Cathy, your doing great with the WATP tapes. Today I went walking in the mall. I was looking for the little boy I keep some jeans so I was also carrying 23 pounds too.

I try to get my whole grains in thru the wheat bread that I eat,raisin bran, and shredded wheat. The Reeses 100 calorie packs also have whole grain cereal in them. I eat alot of them because it helps my IBS.

yesterday I didn't exercise.
I am really having trouble understanding the less obvious whole grains. I get most of my carbs from plain yogurt, beans, fruits and vegetables. There are some days I eat very few "grains" at all.
Yesterday I ate:
1 serv (1.25 cups as defined by the box) of rice chex cereal which I think is NOT whole grain, right?
I also ate some pasta that is low fiber so I'd say NOT whole grain, and a lot of beans that did have fiber, but were NOT technically grains at all.
So I had no whole grains, correct?

3 whole grains for today and is chasing after a 21 month old around my house cardio or not. I do that 4 days a week.

I did 50 min of moderate indoor cycling, and 20 min of more intense cycling.
I had 2 servings whole grains, and 1 cup of vegetable pasta -- I'm not sure if it's base is whole grain or not. I suspect not.

I actually get most of my carb calories from low-fat dairy, fruits, and vegetables. Thanks to that, there are days where I eat very few "grains" at all, whole or not.

I had never bought any till I started making the diet change at the beginning of 2007 and now try to buy the often but not as much as I should. I have now swapped to whole grain wheat bread and try to eat all the cereal that way too.

Today I done 2 mile WATP tape which is 30 minutes and and 3 whole grains for the day.

Cherly, come live in our house, we only have whole grains. Your body gets used to it quickly, and it has better flavor.

For this week are challenge is to complete 30 minutes of cardio at least 3 times this week. I added a little extra food wise and want us to try to eat 3 or more whole grains daily this week. Hope your all up for the challenge and hope its fun for all of you.
