Dawn the only way I can up my walk is after I walk come home and get on the treadmill. My dog can't walk any further then three miles he has bad hips. And it took me a year to find out how far he can walk without the hips bothering him. But I will start doing the treadmill at night to up my walking.

HMM Millie,

Well in most situations I would say any mile counts. But maybe we need to have a special mile challenge for you? And say boost your walk by a mile? :)

I want to be a power walker too. I am working on it.

Just let us know what your "plan" is for this challenge and we will support it. Our goal is just to have everyone up and moving to prepare for the big challenge coming our way in March. :)

Okay all,

On February 17th, we are going to start our next week long challenge. That Challenge will be to walk 7 miles in one week, aerobic miles that is. So, that means you can shoot for 1 mile a day. Or get all 7 in on one day.

Now I know some of you are saying, to easy. :) But the point of starting the challenges is to be easy and achievable. To boost our spirits and prepare us for the harder ones to come. Wait tell you see what we have instore for March. :)
