On February 17th, we are going to start our next week long challenge. That Challenge will be to walk 7 miles in one week, aerobic miles that is. So, that means you can shoot for 1 mile a day. Or get all 7 in on one day.
Now I know some of you are saying, to easy. :) But the point of starting the challenges is to be easy and achievable. To boost our spirits and prepare us for the harder ones to come. Wait tell you see what we have instore for March. :)
