I've gotten into the habit the last six months of not eating healthy or working out regularly. I have a list of excuses but starting today they aren't going to hold me back from reaching my goals. We can do this!!!
We all slide backwards from time to time. Gotta get back on track as soon as we can. I had a rough couple weeks and have spent last week (except from the fun hell of 4th of july bbq's) and this week getting back on track.
I gained back 10 lbs I swore to myself I would never gain. It was from a super stressful couple of weeks I had. So from that, I learned that I must be consciously focused on my eating and exercise, regardless of my stress level! I know you can get this weight off and get back on the right track!!!
If it's amazing, it won't be easy. If it's easy it won't be amazing. If it's worth it you won't give up. If you give up you're not worth it.
