I usually prefer to workout along...just me and my music. But I do enjoy walks with friends too.

Most of the time I workout by myself. My husband will join me occasionally but will whine about going and then thank me when finished. During warmer months I have a cousin who will walk with me outside.

I walk with my bf. We're joining a gym soon and have different workout goals so I think we'll go together but do our own thing.

Years ago I learned that I can't work out with other people. Every time I try they just whine about how awful it is and they get "bored" and want to stop early. No thanks!

I work out with a group at the gym. Some of the people in the group change from day to day, but there is a small core of people I'm getting to know. When I do my run/walks, I sometimes go with my adult daughters (weekends) but usually by myself due to schedules and all.

I usually workout alone, and I like it that way. But every Saturday morning my bf comes running with me. He keeps me running for longer than I can manage on my own, maybe it's my competitive side : p

Do you have a workout buddy or do you go it alone....my sister works out with me every morning she's a retired school teacher and has nothing but time so I talked her into joining me at the gym....she wont come to the house and workout with me though....strange....
