What's really important is consistency. There are going to be occasions like that and we can't always avoid them. In fact, I think it's good to cut loose once in a while -- but only once in a while! As long as you're on track most of the time, there's no need to fret over slip-ups.
Dried fruit is a weakness of mine, but yes, there are far worse things!

I think that we all have had, or will have those slip ups. The fact of life is that not everything can be planned right down to the T. This is life, after all, and sometimes you need to have that one slip up, so that you don't binge for days or weeks on end!
But, it looks like you have things in control... you are not saying: "I slipped up so now I am in trouble for the rest of the week so I am just going to eat junk and garbage and cookies and candy and who cares?" We all have slip ups, but the strength comes from saying: "I slipped up, but I have a plan of how to get back on track!" You have a plan, so you will be fine!!!
I slipped last night. I went to my bffs house after my 2.5 hours at the gym. She had made tacos, i put together a reasonable taco salad i had been doing great and then she whipped out jordan almonds and dried appricots. needless to say dinner was the first meal since the end of December that I missed my tracking.
I suppose I could have slipped with worse things than dried appricots and almonds. Sigh
Today is another day. I have good meals planned for breakfast and lunch, will figure out something good for dinner. Getting my flu shot at lunch, hitting the gym after work, today is 35 in the push up challenge.
