I slipped last night. I went to my bffs house after my 2.5 hours at the gym. She had made tacos, i put together a reasonable taco salad i had been doing great and then she whipped out jordan almonds and dried appricots. needless to say dinner was the first meal since the end of December that I missed my tracking.
I suppose I could have slipped with worse things than dried appricots and almonds. Sigh
Today is another day. I have good meals planned for breakfast and lunch, will figure out something good for dinner. Getting my flu shot at lunch, hitting the gym after work, today is 35 in the push up challenge.
I can do this and I will do this.
