My goal is 250 and I am usually around there. I only track actual working out toward my minutes - I don't count things like housework, etc.

Slow and steady wins the race.

I'm looking to kick mine up to 500 mins a week but getting that extra 50 mins simply eludes me right now...I just can't seem to get it done but that's my challenge this year

I've had weeks when I've done 1000 minutes a week. I'm actually looking to cut that back a little, so we'll see how that goes.

My goal is 465 per week. That's usually around 40 minutes getting to and from work every week day, then my running 3 times a week and any SP videos I feel like doing.

How many exercise minutes do you shoot for each week....

I personally try to get in at least 450 a week....that's usually 1 1/2 hours a day for me...what's your schedule like with exercise
