Remember you cant change yesterday- all you can do is move forward and work hard TODAY!
Since you have a new puppy that crams your gym style, why dont you change your habit? Instead of walking your pup, why dont you jog with him? Start teaching him fetch ... even if it means you "fetching"- use it as an exercise!
Sometimes our lives change so we have to change and bend with it- otherwise we'll break!
You can do this! Keep going! Remember you can be there for your friends emotionally without being there for their emotional eating! Offer to walk with a friend, bring them to the gym as a guest, take a fitness class together- moving will help them emotionally too! Its a win win!
Just take it one day at at time - keep tracking - keep moving - keep the momentum- even if it doesnt "look" like yesterday - THATS OK! Its TODAY afterall ... You can do this! Push Hard!
