I hope its ok to post this but I am going with a friend to a local Christmas fair tonight. I've never been before but I fear it will be full of sweet treats and temptation so I need a little support.
I love roasted chestnuts and I am thinking that they will be the healthiest option if I want to eat something while I am there. I also plan to tell my friend that I am back to trying to lose weight so that she can help to support me while I am there. What else could I do to help me resist the other food and drink there?
