OK - calm down. So you blew it for a few days - now is the time to restart! FORGET ABOUT falling off the wagon - jump back on like the rest of us have done & take it from now forward. We all fail & we all have to start back up. So now you've started again & you can forget the past!! There is only NOW - so just do well TODAY & tomorrow will take care of itself. Just one good day, that's all you need. One day today & one day tomorrow....And before you know it you'll be at goal! YAY - You're DONE!!

Ugh, I know the feeling, to an extent. I've been eating garbage the past two days too, but, I don't have sun poisoning to use as my reason, just poor choices. Take your time and feel better. I'll start making better choices and so will you. It's all part of it, right? You'll be fine! Starting tomorrow (since today was a wash), we're BOTH going to be better, deal??

Your body is trying to heal itself so it is not giving you much energy to do anything else right now. Slow down, drink lots of water, use lots of cooling lotion so you don't get dehydrated. Eat lots of fruits (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries) with antioxidants to take care of those free radicals caused during the sun damage and take it slowly. You will be okay. Try not to stress that you cannot do to much at the moment. Stay at the low end of your calorie range and take it easy until your body heals.
