A friend of mine told me that it's possible to jog for an hour if I wanted to. I found that impossible to do, but I realised I enjoy long walking exercises. I decided to try that for an hour and I found myself going for 1h 30mins with just one short stop for a breathe. And I realise exercising is also about locating the type and group of exercises you love doing best.
We are going to go on a short trip of just one month and a half. Tell us the kind of exercises you are going to be doing, how you do it (with music, etc) and the length of time you shall be doing it per week. We'll begin on April 14 till May 30.
