This week we will work on our legs. You will want to do skater lunges. These are a bit difficult cuz you need balance. You can go slow or fast it's up to you. You will want to do as many as possible and the next day try to beat the previous days amount. Also get in at least 10 mins of stretching (Yoga/Pilates) to improve your flexibility.

Soooo...I disappeared for awhile. Went to the UK to visit family, and then had to come back to California for a funeral--a close friend and mentor was killed in a car accident. Recovering slowly, but I'm back :(

I did it! My fall challenge goal was 225. I finished at 222.8. Total lost 16.6 lbs. This was my first spark people challenge and it really helped motivate me.

I lost 3.3 lbs this week. I have 2.3 lbs left until I make goal but I'm not going to make it this week. I'm ridiculously hungry all the time and I crave meat. I think that it's PMS because I always have those symptoms when I'm PMSing but I don't know for sure. My cycle keeps changing as I lose weight. It's annoying. I'll overeat today and then I'll eat the extra 200 calories we need the week before we get our periods. If I act like it's coming, won't it come? emoticon

This week we are gonna do 20 Bicycle crunches 3 times a day. Aim for in the morning, around noon (before you eat), and in the evening.
Part 2 is to do 15 min of cardio a day. Best way is to set that timer and go. If you wanna keep going great; if not stop.

This week the challenge will be to do 20 push-ups a day. You have the option of modifying from doing full push-ups to on your knees and if you have wrist issues doing wall push-ups will work.
