I guess I picked the wrong time to join a challenge... or to start exercising regularly. Or both? Just starting walking 1.5 -2.5 miles a day, and STOPPED losing. I posted on the fitness board, and was told by Coach Jen that when you start a new exercise routine that your muscles tend to retain water, and the loss could stop for a couple WEEKS??? So unhappy to hear that. Especially when I was ONE FLIPPIN POUND away from ONEderland :(
Hoping to at least lose HALF the goal for this challenge at this point. emoticon emoticon

OK, so I'm up a pound from last week. But I know it's water weight. I'm so glad I tracked my measurements too - I lost 3.25 inches this week! My hips & calf stayed the same, I lost from my natural waist, belly, thigh & arm.

I've been doing pretty well with my meals and I am doing great with drinking water. I'm getting between 8-10 cups a day. I did have a chicken empanada from my local farmers market yesterday. I felt a little bad about it so I just made it my dinner.

My main problem is craving chocolate around 8-9 pm. I can't seem to shake that craving.

Besides that I feel I'm on track.

How is everyone doing?
What are you doing to reach your goals?

I ate well today until dinner. I ate a chicken fajita salad (with guacamole & sour cream & tortilla chips!) and now I'm paying for it. I've got an upset stomach emoticon Luckily I was able to get 4 mile run in (my longest distance to date!) before I started feeling the affects of dinner...
