I am nowhere near meeting my next goal. I seem to have reached a point where my brain can't handle any more. Every time I drop below 153 it goes "EAT EAT EAT EAT!" until I'm back up at 156-158.
Somehow I've got to shut my head up and let my body get on with losing this weight!

You know, I'm a train wreck! Lol. Really. It seems like I get back on track for a couple of days and then indulge again for a day and then get back and.... it's a cycle and I gotta break free from it. It's killing me. What happened to the old me that used to be so motivated and was kicking some major butt?

Hello team!! I have been absent for i feel this whole month!! We all got sick twice but are on the mend right now...the weather is crazy! Flooding last week. Going from 70s-40s then snow. Anyway, I'm back on track. Not much change at all in my weight in, but I'm determined to keep going.

I've had a rough week eating last week. And it shows on the scale, I have to admit. I gained almost 4 lbs. And with the weather getting warmer, I can literally feel my legs swelling.
But I hopped back on the wagon, eating clean today and already had 2 days of workout.

And while watching Champions League (soccer) today, I got so annoyed by my wobbly arms that I added some strength training.. lol

I think I'm on a good path right now. I've snapped out of it, basically. Sometimes you just need to do that. And I'm glad that I finally did. You know? I'm staying positive. I'm not thinking about "all the time lost" but, I'm basically just moving on. Let's do this!

I did not have a goal for this weigh-in... didn't think to add one. I've been working for the last two weeks toward this weigh-in since I joined after the weigh-in before this one. Weekly goal is a 2 pound loss. As I weigh so heavy (a thinner body couldn't hold all this personality, yo!) I know my weight will fluctuate.

I've been dealing with a family emergency for the past week. That put me up .4 since last month. I guess it could have been worse. If I hadn't been losing weight then I would have been up 3 pounds more because of this last week. I never thought I'd say this, but I am sick of fast food and soda!

I really have to get through this rough patch I've been going through for the past few months. It's really frustrating and it seems like I've lost motivation a bit? Hmm, time to read some motivational pages here and get my mojo back. Shall we?

Most likely will not be anywhere near my goal of 218 so, I need to update my goals one more time. Grr.

March 9 - Start, 226.6lbs
March 23 - Actual: 225.2
April 20 - Actual: 228.0
May 25 - Goal 223.0
June 22 - Goal 218.0

I can do these. I specifically set my goals low so that I can make sure I make them. I just really need the self esteem boost when I make these goals. I just need to kick it in gear and get this done.

I don't know that I will make my goal for Saturday's weigh in, but I do know that the scale is back to trending down as opposed to going up 2 lbs last week. I am hoping to get some good workouts in this afternoon and tomorrow.

I lost 8 pounds last month. I lost another three pounds last Saturday, but stayed the same this past Saturday. Goal for the rest of this month is to lose two pounds each week.

Katie and Olivia, hope you guys are doing okay, so sorry to hear of your losses. My thoughts are with the both of you during this difficult time. emoticon

Weighing in today at 164.8, that is almost a 2 lbs gain from last week. I kinda had a "f- it" week as I let the discouragement from not losing any weight these past 4 weeks get to me. But I'm done with the pity party and now I'm getting back on track with my efforts. I think I need to start trying to really focus on all the non scale benefits and maybe not pay attention to the scale as much. =/

First off, thoughts and prayers to those who've lost someone recently, it never gets easier. I was 19 when my mom passed and that was 6 years ago. I am still not over it.

As for the challenge, I am going to join in better late than never! I missed my last challenge! GAH! I plan to continue this challenge through to the end with weekly weigh-ins on Saturday. (normal weigh-in is Sunday but I am happy with 1 day sooner lol). I cannot wait to see my progress for the next 2 months! :)

I'm down 2.8 lbs this week. I'm surprised because yesterday I had a piece of fried chicken and the other night I had a few pieces of fried shrimp, with a slider burger.

I'm officially down 31 lbs. That is the amount of weight I lost 5 years ago when I first did SP. I stopped my healthy living last time and gained the weight back plus some. I have to make sure I don't fall into that same trap this time around.

I hope everyone is doing well.
