I only have one problem I don't have the scales at home so I use the scales whenever i go to my parents' house. It's mostly once a week, but on different days of the week. So is it okay if I just post the points and measurements on some weeks?

I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world. This makes it hard to plan the day.

Need weekly accountablility, additional support, and a little push out of your comfort zone? Then the DONE Girl Seasonal Challenge is for you! Season 15, Spring Into Action, will be starting soon. Sign up here!

Spring Into Action
February 17th - June 15th

These seasonal challenges are designed so that each week all participants receive a Team SparkMail with a weekly challenge, normally worth a total of 50 points. Each participant is expected to do their best to earn their full points. Our weekly challenges run Sunday thorugh Saturaday. At the end of the challenge week, you will weigh-in and submit your points, by updating your Weight & Point Tracker. Team leaders do the rest.

Challenge participants are divided up into 4 teams. New participants will be randomly assigned to a team. Returning members please specify your team preferance, if you have one, and if you would like to be a team leader. (Team Leaders please send me your personal email addresses).

Spring in to Action is going to be so much fun!!! We're glad that you have decided to partake in this challenge.

Over the course of the next few months, the team that you're on will grow into a family. Remember, they are there to support and encourage you! While the main focus is on creating a support group to help you along with your journey, please remember to be an ACTIVE participant. Your weight loss and points total each week will contribute to your team. Some people are here because they find competition to be extremely motivating. If you aren't willing to put in 100% to your team, then maybe this isn't the right challenge for you. In the past we have had a lot of girls drop out, leaving some teams short active members. This can be very discouraging for the remaining team members because it means that they will never win. Remember, the more you put into this challenge and your team, the more you will get out of it.

With that said here's some information for you!

TEAMS:
There are 4 teams that will be competing this season. Sparklers, Wave Runners, Bahama Mamas, and Sunny Gals. I will try to make them as equal in members as possible, but may not be able to get it exact.. These teams are in place to help you through this journey so please use them. Our Challenge team, and the individual challenge support teams are PRIVATE and have been set up so that your team has its own place to go and chat. It is a safe zone where you can talk as much as you want!

WEIGH-INS, MEASUREMENTS, & CHALLENGE POINTS
If you cannot weigh in every week and participate in the challenge PLEASE let your leaders know.
Measurements are not mandatory, but are useful for your reference to see how successful you are over the course of the challenge.

Challenges are a critical part of this group. Please participate as much as you can in challenges and post your points in the tracking thread.

TEAM TRACKING THREADS
A Tracking Template will be posted to start each team's tracking thread. Each team member will copy the template and post to their team's thread. It's VERY important to ONLY use the tracking template provided. Pleae note; Each member ONLY makes ONE tracker per season. To update your tracker, you find your post, and EDIT it. You enter your new weight, and the total points you earned for your team.

Please make sure to update your Weight & Point Tracker by midnight (your time) on Saturdays. As long as you've completed the challenge, you MAY update your tracker as early as necessary to fit your schedule, but PLEASE don't be late. Your team leaders is responsible for updating a spreadsheet with each team member's results.

DATES:
SATURDAY. Challenges run Sunday through Saturday (meaning points for new weeks start counting on Sundays). The challenge runs February 17th through June 15th.

Please listen to the requests of your team leaders. If you have any question please let us know! We will be adding to this thread as necessary to answer everyone's questions!

We are going to have so much fun and lose so much weight! Get ready for a great season ladies!
